Cake Montebello (?)

Dopo aver desacralizzato la bibbia (PH10) con la "lightizzazione" del cake alle carotte e nocciole, come promesso eccovi una ricetta più o meno fedele all'originale: il cake Montebello (perchè si chiami così non mi è chiaro...se qualcuno scoprisse l'arcano e decidesse di svelarmelo soddisferebbe la mia curiosità di donna :-)). La versione del maestro è decisamente più complessa , mmm raffinata e composita, ovviamente.  

After deconsecrate the bible (don't worry, I am talking about PH10) with the "light-ization" of carrots and hazelnuts cake, here is the promised nearly-faithful-to-the-original recipe: Montebello cake (why it is called this way I have no idea… If someone knows and wants to reveal the enigma he/she would satisfy by feminine curiosity :-)). Master's version is much more complex, mmm refined and composite, obviously.

Après avoir désacralisé la bible (ne vous inquiétez pas, je parle de PH10) avec le « léger-isation » du cake aux carottes et noisettes, voilà la recette promise plus ou moins fidèle à l'originale: le cake Montebello (l'origine du nom m'est inconnue...si quelqu'un souhait dévoiler le mystère il satisferait ma curiosité de femme :-)). La version du maitre est beaucoup plus complexe, mmm raffinée et composite, bien évidemment.
