Non c’è nulla di più confortante di una crema profumata e untuosa per finire in bellezza un pasto o per accompagnare un caffé… O almeno così è per la sottoscritta, sarà che mi ricorda le merende pomeridiane di quando, da ragazzina, tornavo dall’allenamento di nuoto e mi gustavo un bel budino!
There is anything as reassuring as perfumed and creamy custard to end a meal or to accompany a coffee (that makes it a “café gourmand”). Well, maybe not for everybody, but for me it is…it reminds me of the snacks I had in the afternoon when I was a child and came home from my swimming training, mum’s “budino” was all I needed to erase tiredness!
Il n’y a rien de plus réconfortant d’une crème parfumée et onctueuse pour terminer un repas ou accompagner un petit café (et cela fera un excellent café gourmand)… Peut-être que cela n’est pas vrai pour tout le monde, mais c’est vrai pour moi ! Les crèmes dessert me rappellent les gouters que je prenais quand je rentrais à la maison après les entrainements de natation : le « budino » de ma maman me permettait d’effacer rapidement la fatigue !
