Alert for readers: if you try this cake you may not be able to resist. Soft, creamy and "light" (only in texture!!), it just slips into the mouth and melt too easily.

This cake, since it does not contain any flour, is gluten-free (be careful to the quality of chocolate you use).
Ce gâteau, qui ne contient pas de farine, est adapté aussi pour ceux qui sont intolérants au gluten (dans ce cas prêtez attention au chocolat que vous utilisez).
