Tempo di riposo e spezie

E con l’arrivo dei primi freddi, non poteva mancare una ricettina autunnale… una cosina dolce e speziata da assaporare con il thè o la cioccolata calda,  “nature” o con della marmellata o del miele…
Insomma basta una fettina per sentirsi “coccolati” ;-)


With the arrival of  the first cold days , we could not miss a recipe that make us feel « hugged » … an autumn spicy recipe of gingerbread to taste with tea or hot chocolate, plain or with some jam or honey..
Close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting in the sofa, in front of a crackling fire, reading your favorite novel: you will soon need a slice of gingerbread for the perfect scene ;-)


Avec les premières journées d’automne (et de froid), il ne pouvait pas manquer une recette adaptée à l’occasion, une recette qui nous conforte et nous fait sentir chouchoutés. Parfaite avec du thé ou un chocolat chaud, nature ou avec de la confiture ou du miel… Une tranche moelleuse et vous aurez l’impression d’être en vacance, assis en face d’un feu en regardant les feuilles colorer tomber au rythme du vent ;-)

Il nostro pane quotidiano/ Our daily bread/ Notre pain quotidien

In un regime alimentare a basso indice glicemico non è previsto il consumo di pane. O meglio non è previsto il consumo di pane bianco. Di primo acchito può sembrare un dramma, una restrizione durissima, un’ingiustizia (quanto quasi privarsi della pizza J)…

In a low glycemic index diet bread is not considered. To be precise, white bread is not considered part of the diet. It may look as a drama (for Italians, who sometimes have pasta with bread, it may is), a tough restriction, an injustice (nearly as renouncing to pizza J)…

Dans le cadre d’un régime à indice glycémique bas, le pain n’est pas prévu. Ou, mieux dit, le pain blanc n’est pas prévu. Cela peut paraitre un drame (pour les italiens, qui parfois mangent du pain avec les pâtes, il s’agit d’un drame), une restriction trop dure, une injustice (presque comme se priver de pizzasJ)…
