Tempo di riposo e spezie

E con l’arrivo dei primi freddi, non poteva mancare una ricettina autunnale… una cosina dolce e speziata da assaporare con il thè o la cioccolata calda,  “nature” o con della marmellata o del miele…

Insomma basta una fettina per sentirsi “coccolati” ;-)

With the arrival of  the first cold days , we could not miss a recipe that make us feel « hugged » … an autumn spicy recipe of gingerbread to taste with tea or hot chocolate, plain or with some jam or honey..

Close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting in the sofa, in front of a crackling fire, reading your favorite novel: you will soon need a slice of gingerbread for the perfect scene ;-)

Avec les premières journées d’automne (et de froid), il ne pouvait pas manquer une recette adaptée à l’occasion, une recette qui nous conforte et nous fait sentir chouchoutés. Parfaite avec du thé ou un chocolat chaud, nature ou avec de la confiture ou du miel… Une tranche moelleuse et vous aurez l’impression d’être en vacance, assis en face d’un feu en regardant les feuilles colorer tomber au rythme du vent ;-)

Venerdì gnocchi!

Si, lo so, il detto dice piuttosto "giovedì gnocchi, venerdì pesce, sabato trippa". Ma io ho una certa difficoltà ad attenermi alle consuetudini J. Anche perché, a dirla tutta, a Verona (che non è poi così lontana da dove vivo) è noto il “venerdì gnocolar” (..si, avete ragione, si tratta del venerdì di carnevale, ma siate un po’ indulgenti!).

For those who know well Italian habits and proverbs, I apologize for not sticking to the common “Thursday gnocchi, Friday fish, Saturday tripe”. But I have some difficulties to follow traditions blindlyJ. Moreover, in Verona (which is not so far from where I live), there is the famous “venerdì gnocolar” (which means Friday with gnocchi”)…even if it refers to Carnival Friday, I just decided to adapt it out of season.

Pour ceux qui connaissent bien les coutumes et les proverbes italiens, je dois expliquer pourquoi je ne me suis pas tenue au proverbe romain « jeudi gnocchi, vendredi poisson, samedi tripes ». Tout d’abord, parce-que j’ai du mal à m’adapter aux traditions sans au moins les modifier un peu J. Deuxièmement à Vérone (qui n’est pas si loin de chez moi) est très connu le « venerdì gnocolar » (le vendredi de gnocchi) ; bon, c’est vrai qu’il s’agit d’un vendredi de Carnaval… mais soyez un peu indulgents !

Rieccomi dopo un lungo periodo di assenza (no, non sono stata in vacanza per mesi…magari!). Poiché in tutto questo tempo mi sono un po’ arrugginita, riparto con un dolce semplice e veloce da fare.

Here I am again after a long period (no, I have not been on holidays all the time…I wish I did!). During this long time I got a bit rusty, so I re-begin blogging with an easy and quick recipe.

Me revoilà, après tout ce temps (no, je n’ai pas été en vacances pendant toute la période…J’aurais bien aimé !). Etant donné que je suis un peu rouillée, je repars avec une recette facile et rapide.
